Organic Coconut Flour is a versatile gluten free flour option for baking and cooking. It is 100% natural and no bleaching, deodorising or emulsifying agents are used during its manufacturing process.
HOW TO USE
Coconut flour can be used as a gluten free, high fibre substitute for other flours.
Use to make bread, cakes, cookies and other baked goods. Can also be used as a thickener or as a bulking agent in products such as meatloaf and sausages.
Helpful Hint: As coconut flour is quite absorbent, you will either need to use less flour than normal or increase the liquid/egg content of your recipes accordingly. We find for some recipes substituting 1 cup of regular flour with 1/3 cup coconut flour works well.
Keep in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
Organic Coconut Flour is sourced from organic coconut palm trees grown in remote co-op farms in the Philippines. It is made from premium organic coconut meat, which is grated and dehydrated at a low temperature before being defatted and finely ground into a powder and packed immediately into air-tight pouches.

*As our coconut flour is minimally processed it may contain a few dark flecks through it. These are part of the coconut husk skin where the coconut meat binds to the shell and will not affect the quality of the flour.
