Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is cold-pressed from organically grown coconuts and has a mild, coco-nutty taste. It is 100% natural and no bleaching, deodorising or emulsifying agents are used during its manufacturing process (unlike many cheaper, tasteless and odourless coconut oils on the market).
This premium and versatile oil has a high smoke point making it the perfect oil to use for high heat cooking. It is also a delicious addition to baking, smoothies and desserts.

Source of Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs)
Unlike many oils, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is abundant in medium chain triglycerides (MCTs). These MCTs are unique in that they are metabolised by the liver a lot faster than long chain triglycerides and therefore provide the body with a more efficient source of energy.
The fatty acid content of coconut oil also makes it highly resistant to heat making it a healthier oil to use in cooking. It has a high smoke point which enables it to resist oxidation. Easily oxidised cooking oils such as those high in polyunsaturated fats (e.g highly processed vegetable oils) can contribute to inflammation within the body.
Source of Lauric Acid
Coconut Oil is also the richest natural source of lauric acid - a very beneficial fatty acid that is found abundantly in human breast milk. This particular fatty acid, when ingested, is transformed into monolaurin, an anti-viral and anti-bacterial compound that helps defend the body against lipid-coated microbes.

Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is sourced from carefully selected organically grown, mature coconuts from remote co-op farms in Philippines. The flesh is removed from the coconut before being dehydrated at a low temperature in order to retain all of its beneficial nutrients. The coconut meat is then cold-pressed to extract the oil before being filtered to remove sediments, then immediately packed into air-tight glass jars. No additives or chemicals such as bleach are used.
